Password Requirements

Hudson City has improved the security of our Internet Banking Website and is further protecting our customer's identity and personal information by enhanced password requirements. Passwords are now required to have a minimum of six to a maximum of sixteen characters that must contain at least one number and one letter. If you wish, you may also optionally use the following special characters ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + or use capital letters.

Account Access and Account History Pages

At Hudson City we are always striving to improve our Internet Banking services for you. We have redesigned your Account Access and Account History pages to give you a more comprehensive view of your accounts, transactions, and financial tools. From a single page, you will be able to review all of your accounts, balances, recent transactions, transfer funds between accounts, and pay bills with ease. Enhanced Login Security

Hudson City takes your Internet Banking security seriously and we are always looking for ways to protect you from identity theft. Phishing Scams

IMPORTANT! In the past, the Hudson City website has been the object of "Phishing" scams, where individuals have received spam emails, telephone calls, or text messages containing links to false pages made to look like Hudson City pages or directing you to telephone numbers where personal information is attempted to be collected. If you have been subjected to an email, telephone or text message phishing attack and would like to report it to us, please email us at: report-phishing@hcsbnj.com. Hudson City will never contact you in this manner and never ask for your personal information.

Electronic Statements

Hudson City is pleased to announce that Electronic Statements are now available for all of our Consumer Checking and Statement Savings customers. To access your Electronic Statement simply log into Internet Banking and select the "eStatement" menu. If you are not yet an Internet Banking customer, you need to register for our Internet Banking by clicking the "Enroll" menu on the left side of this page.
