Adjustable Rate Mortgages
Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) interest rates, unlike Fixed Rates, can increase or decrease over the term of the loan. In general initial interest rates and monthly payments are below those of Fixed Rate offerings.
An Adjustable Rate Mortgage can help you qualify for a purchase of a more expensive home. Plus, it can save you money over the standard 30-year Fixed Rate Mortgage.

Lock In Your Rate
All interest rates quoted are based on a 90-day commitment.
Interest rates are locked in upon receipt of the loan application. Rates will hold through the application process plus the additional 90-day commitment period.
Extend your 90-day lock-in rate pricing through the following fee schedule:
- A 120 Day Commitment-Add .250% of Loan Amount to Origination Charges
- A 180 Day Commitment-Add .500% of Loan Amount to Origination Charges
- A 270 Day Commitment-Add .750% of Loan Amount to Origination Charges
- A 360 Day Commitment-Add 1.00% of Loan Amount to Origination Charges
(Origination charges listed above are non-refundable.)
How Does an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Work?
- Tied to an economic indicator beyond the lender's control
- Rates at time of adjustment set in accordance with the movements of that indicator
- Annual interest rate caps as well as a maximum lifetime cap (caps limit the amount of increase or decrease during each adjustment period and over the life of the loan)
