The Home Equity Loan offers competitive interest rates and is available for loan amounts up to $250,000 (which is based on equity in your New York one to four family primary residence, max 75% LTV, and your ability to repay). There is no application fee involved. You pay only a modest mortgage recording charge and New York State Mortgage Recording Tax at loan closing.
